The 2019 Finish-A-Long - My Q1 List

Hello and Happy New Year a few weeks late. HAHA I'm slowly getting back into the swing of things now that the kiddos are back in school. I'm hoping you are keeping up with your resolutions and super excited about the New Year. I know I am!

I didn't get a chance to blog about how I did for the last quarter (Q4) of the 2018 Finish-A-Long. Honestly, you didn't miss anything, I had no finishes. I didn't even get a chance to look at my list much less work on it. Setting up the 2019 FAL and the holidays ruled my world. I'm bummed on my progress this past year but also ready to move on and get things accomplished this year.

Now that the 2019 FAL is in full swing (the linky is still open for one more day) I'm here to make my list for Q1 and get some WIPS done. I'm going to make short, manageable lists this year to keep it realistic. Here we go, just 3 projects:

1. Bee Sewcial Flowers Quilt - A bunch of blocks I plan to embroider on, so this one needs a lot of work.

2. Le Petite Salon Quilt - Top finished, need to make the back. I have all needed supplies to finish this one.

3. Bee Sewcial Triangle Quilt - Top finished, back is mid-construction. I have all needed supplies to finish this one.

Now that my official Q1 list is made with photos I thought it would be fun to go ahead and make a list of all my WIP's. Now this list is only quilts because if I added other random sewing projects and clothes it would take me DAYS to write. Let's see how bad it is:

Wow 28 quilts and I'm worried I forgot one! Well now I know how bad it is and that I need to get to work!

A nice short list is good. I think of those flowers so often - I really love them! Good luck on getting back in the swing of things!

What a great short list to focus on for Q1. Love that you have your WIP list detailed out also. I have 17 WIP quilts & 2 bags. Then I also have 48 quilts and 26 non-quilts with fabric pulled into sacks with their patterns. Still working on preparing our house to sell in the spring. Not expecting to get very far with my FAL list, but made it anyway. Thanks so much for hosting & good luck!

Great list, surely you can finish one (or two) at least ;-) I love the Beesewcial ones especially!
And how brave to list ALL projects, one day I'll do that, too....
