It is giveaway time here at Marci Girl Designs!  I decided to play along with Sew, Mama, Sew! and host a giveaway in conjunction with their May Giveaway Day!  If you are a first time visitor, thanks for stopping by!  More importantly though, thanks to my blog followers and regular readers, your daily encouragement, ideas and comments mean so much to me! Awww...enough of the mushy stuff!

1 Louise Pleated Wristlet PDF Pattern by Marci Girl Designs, emailed directly to you.
2 fat quarters of Heather Ross's latest Out of Print line from Spoonflower.

Awesome right?  You can't even get those Heather Ross prints anymore, and the Denyse Schmidt prints are rapidly getting very hard to find!  Even better, you get an awesome pattern (from my shop) that you can use all these great fabrics to create a super cute clutch for yourself, or an awesome lady in your life!

That is a ridiculously hard question to answer. But I think it is Charlie's Angels, with Drew Barrymore.

My favorite movie...hard to choose one, because I love period piece films by BBC...so I'd say, Pride and Prejudice, Wives and Daughters, and North & South, are tied. =)

My favourite movie - there are too many to list. One of my favourites is also the first movie I remember seeing in a theatre - Mary Poppins. My kids made me watch it about a 1000 times and I still love it.

Oh man, favourite movie is a really hard question. I think I am going to have to go with The Life Aquatic, because Wes Anderson's films always feel so "crafty". Every little detail, even the colour palette of the scenes, is on purpose. If I could make movies, I would probably make them like I sew, and agonize over every detail, so I appreciate a filmmaker who does the same. Also, obviously, Bill Murray is hilarious.

I just had to check-out your blog. Lafayette is my hometown. My DH and I currently live in Atlanta, but my family is from Lafayette. My Dad is currently in a nursing home in Baton Rouge, near my brother so I haven't been to Lafayette in over a year. Where do you live? Who is your daddy? Oooh, thanks so much for this giveaway. My favourite film of all time might be The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. It wasn't a hugely successful film commercially, but it stars Brad Pitt and Casey Affleck who deliver amazing performances in it, and it's also beautifully shot:) Thanks again!

my VERY VERY VERY favorite movie of all time is ENCHANTMENT from the 1940's starring Teresa Wright and David Niven. I'm sentimental and love a great love story. If you haven't seen it you should. i have many favourite movies.... but i think my all time favourite is some kind of wonderful. it's an 80s teen movie with mary stuart masterson (i love her!) as this super cute drummer chick with cropped blond hair, a leather jacket, and the most amazing red fringed gloves. she's secretly in love with her best friend, who's a mechanic and an artist, and he's in love with a rich girl who doesn't know that he's alive. because she loves him, she helps him to get the girl, but of course, at the end, he realizes she's the one he really loves. awwww.

And, favorite movie? Hmm... pride and prejudice (1995)? Or High Society/Philadelphia Story (I always watch them together, one after the other, so I think of them as one movie by now. Philadelphia Story may be a better movie, but I think I like High Society better. Nothing beats Jimmy Stewart drunk, though!)

I am surprised to say it, but my favorite movie is U-571. I can;t turn it off when I find it on TV. Jon Bon Jovi, historical accuracy, Matthew McConaghey, non stop action...for some reason it appeals to me!

I think Casablanca is my all time favorite. Just so I don't sound like a movie snob, Dirty Dancing may be my second favorite. (I love your vintage sheet wreath! It is so cute and springy!)

Anne of Green Gables would certainly be high on our (DH and I) list if not the first. But that is not an easy thing to say for sure, there are so many contenders..I never get tired of Star Wars either. All the Pixar earlier pics are so watchable in out house..too hard really!

The Fountain is my favorite--it's about life, death, and rebirth. 3 lifetimes and how the souls interconnect through them. positively fabulous! Gee I hope you're not going to pick a winner based on your favorite--no one I know even likes this movie!!

I don't know that I can narrow it down! I just saw Election for the first time and really enjoyed it. Otherwise, a there's nothing wrong with a good chick flick, How to Lose a Guy, Prett Woman, and You've got Mail.
